- 1 Flaxseed egg (you can use normal egg too made with 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds mixed with 3 tbsp of water, let it sit for 10 minutes)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted, make sure the oil is warm, not hot)
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 3 drops almond oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. desiccated coconut (for topping)
