DO NOT BOTHER! This sauce is SO TEMPERAMENTAL it is not worth the trouble. It came out good. I managed to get it blended. It even tasted nice and creamy. I knew I had to be careful with the hot noodles, so I even let them cool a bit. But the minute the sauce hit those warm noodles, it separated like crazy and had big clumps of cheese. Yes, I used the powdered kind. Just get organic cream, butter and cheese and make real Alfredo sauce.
