  • 1 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper (chopped)

Directions

  1. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and salt in large bowl. Stir in cabbage, carrots and green pepper. Chill, if desired.

This is my first time making coleslaw and I was really pleased with this simple and tasty recipe. MY husband who has tried a lot of peoples coleslaw told me he loved it and liked the fact that I added some sugar to give it a little sweetness.
