Made this dish a number of times. Always turns out solid and becoming a staple with jasmine rice and steamed broccoli. Family prefers the saucier version.

I originally had this dish when I lived on Maui as a plate lunch. Moved back to Florida and missed it. Tried this version and loved it. turned out just as I remembered it.

So delicious and easy to make. The next time I cook this dish, I'll try it out with low sodium soy sauce though.
