Turned out amazing and so easy to make and prepare ahead of time! I made one for a work pot luck the night before and one fresh thanksgiving day. Pecans are a great addition.

It turned out super good! I didnt have any real sweet potatoes so I used 2 big cans of yams. The crunch from the pecans and marshmallows gave it just the right balance and the spices were perfect. Definitely on my go to list!

Delicious! All of the ingredients work together wonderfully and the cook time is perfectly on point. This was a great thanksgiving treat! Even family that doesn't usually like sweet potato tried it!
