Great! Really good and I would make it again!
it's super easy and tasty!!
I would have enjoyed the recipe more if the meat had more flavor to it, overall not bad despite the lack of seasoning

great just wished it had just a tad bit more taste but i know next time to add more of what i like for seasoning great recipe overall.

really tasty but greasier than i thought it would be even with low% meat. next time Im going to partially cook the meat so I can drain it before putting the mix in the peppers.

i doctored it up with a few more seasonings. i would add more cheese and and bake for 40 mins instead of 30. other than that it was fantastic

turned out really good, but with the peppers being so big the recipe filled 4 instead of 6. i also added some of the marinara to the mixture before adding it to the peppers and it turned out great.
The pepper wasn't a hit. I liked it and the recipe was simple to follow.

Turned out great, delish! Will make again!
turned out good. needed a few more spices so added extra. would make again.
Delicious and yummy! Red bell pepper turned orange!
It took much longer than I wanted it to. Because you have to cook the rice first and that would be part of preparation and it took much longer than 10 mins. It turned out pretty good but I feel that the peppers were a little harder than I would want them to be

Turned out great. Will make this again.
not good. the peppers were hard, the meat was not done and there were no directions for the rice
Great, good recipe. Will make again, one of our favorites.

I could've cooked the peppers a little longer but overall they were delicious

Yummy! But 30 minutes was not enough for the meat to cook thoroughly.

In the recipe it does not tell you to cook the ground beef before putting it into the peppers but make sure you d!!!!

Absolutely no taste. Took longer to cook than recipe states.

Added more oregano and italian seasonings, browned the meat first, added cheese and marinara sauce to the meat 3/4 of the way done, and used a cheddar broccoli rice! Turned out great! Cooked the peppers for 20 mins.

Great recipe didn't make it as is . Cooked meat first added all ingredients and a little marinara sauce stuffed the peppers topped with a little sauce and cheese on topped and baked 15 min. delicious!

Followed the recipe except for one substitution - used Quinoa instead of rice. Tuned out great. Everyone loved it - even those to whom Quinoa was something new!

Was a good recipe but if I would do it over again I would brown the meat first. When I cut the peppers open the meat was really under cooked. So I had to put them back in the oven.

I quite like it! It's simple, filling and delicious. I used brown rice, omitted the onion and added powdered onion, Italian spice, dill and another clove of garlic. Instead of mozzarella I used parmigiano-reggiano. 25m wasn't enough for my old oven so 25m in I cut them in half, covered up the dutch oven and gave it another 15m. The pepper remained crunchy which I liked. So yeah, a lot of modification but the recipe is a good foundation.
