Ground beef should be cooked first, it was too mushy the first time I tried this recipe. The second time.. delicious!

I questioned not cooking he meat first but figured you make meatloaf similarly so I went for it. The result was greasy and the texture was weird. Brown the meat first!

This recipe is delicious. I did modify it by adding more rice to the beef mixture and by baking the stuffed pepper with marinara sauce instead of cooking on the stovetop. Next time I make it, i will add more garlic and parsely to the beef mixture (along with the additional rice) to make it more to my personal taste.

really tasty but greasier than i thought it would be even with low% meat. next time Im going to partially cook the meat so I can drain it before putting the mix in the peppers.

i doctored it up with a few more seasonings. i would add more cheese and and bake for 40 mins instead of 30. other than that it was fantastic

turned out really good, but with the peppers being so big the recipe filled 4 instead of 6. i also added some of the marinara to the mixture before adding it to the peppers and it turned out great.

It took much longer than I wanted it to. Because you have to cook the rice first and that would be part of preparation and it took much longer than 10 mins. It turned out pretty good but I feel that the peppers were a little harder than I would want them to be
