Wonderful! I needed to add a little more liquid. I also added some liquid from some pork loin chops that I made. It was creamy and flavorful.

I added estragon and I didn't have cream so I didn't use it and it still taste great! :)

I struggled to complete the dish, after adding the instructed amount of hot broth I had to heat and add about 20% more because the texture of the rice was still quite crunchy. I would say accurate cooking time ended up being over one hour. End result was still lovely. Edit: Made it again. I use double the liquid. My favorite thing to make.
