Description

My grandma used a marinade really similar to this. Produces pork that is juicy, salty, and delicious, just like grandma used to make!

Ingredients
US|METRIC

  • 100 milliliters soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 4 pork loin chops (or pork steaks)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients together in a shallow dish. Add pork chops, and turn to coat both sides evenly. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hr.
