Great recipe I have to use gluten free flour so the batter turned thin. To improve it I changed the flour amount to 1 1/3 cups

The texture was good, flat and fluffy, and I could taste main key ingredients, but the batter kind of tasted like play-do

I’ve made these several times & everytime they get better & better!! I follow the recipe perfectly, I think the most important part is that the milk is warm. One day I messed up and didn’t use the correct amounts of flour and then forgot to heat the milk and let me tell you those ones were not that great haha!! Made correctly these are soooo fluffy & yummy. My hubby took them Togo once and packed a cup of syrup to dip them into & he said they don’t even need butter or syrup they’re so tasty! My 1 yo loves them too :) I like to add diff fruits/berries on top, a little syrup and it’s sooo good. This is my go to pancake recipe!

These cakes of the pan are delicious! They came out nice and fluffy, perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully tender inside. The amount of vanilla in this recipe is perfect - just enough to add some warmth to the pancake, but not too much that the vanilla is overpowering. Overall, I think this recipe is a nice canvas for something really special if you wanted to take it a little bit further with some complimentary ingredients to balance the richness of the pancake, but it’s perfectly scrummy as is.

Omg best pancakes ever they’re rather thin but super rich in flavor. I didn’t add any vanilla and tbh it doesn’t need any
