As far as I can tell, paella rice doesn't exist near me so I swapped in a medium grain rice. Took longer to absorb all the liquid than expected. Not sure if that was the rice or something else though. Canned tomato flavor seemed to take over the dish, didn't taste paprika or roasted red pepper at all.
Loved it, made an omelette as a side, turned out to be a very good lunch!
Amazing! Had to improvise slightly but will definitely be cooking this again!

Delicious! We served it with salad and crusty bread and it was the best meal we’ve had in a while! Next time I think I’ll add chorizo too for an extra wow factor!

Sooooooo good. Takes a while to absorb all the chicken stock I also substituted brown rice so took a while longer) but well worth the wait!
Great! Close to authentic. Great to add in some Spanish olives as well. Make sure to use a generous pinch of the saffron.

Used the entire bag of Uncle Ben Spanish rice at Safeway Used 2 cups of Chicken broth add 10 clams and 5 medium size Shrimp Added red bell pepper We have plenty of Seafood Paella in different high end restaurant and this was just as good!

Excellent. Everyone liked it. I added shrimp and didn't use saffron as it was too expensive. It tasted just like the paella I had in spain

Amazing using this recipe as a base for all my paellas now. In strad of tinned tomato I use grated fresh tomato, like the Spanish would....
