  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 15 precooked meatballs

    Directions

    1. Using a 6 quart crockpot add all ingredients except the meat, stir well and turn the crock pot on low.
    2. Add pork and beef bones (the combination here is heavenly trust me!)
    3. An hour before you are ready to serve, scoop out your bones with a slotted spoon and put them in a bowl allowing them to cool so that you can handle them. The point here is that you will want to pick off any of the beef or pork meat that may be sticking to the bones. Add the meat back into the pot, throw the bones away; be sure to wipe your bowl clean with a glob of fresh baked bread!
