  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 red potato (medium, peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup green beans (frozen cut)
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Heinz 57 (my mamma’s secret ingredient)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon savory (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
