    It turned out really well. I didn’t slow cook it I just did it in a frying pan. I fried the onion, garlic and carrot for a few minutes until soft then I added the beef mince and browned. As soon as it was brown I added the tomato sauce, curry powder, Worcester sauce and stock, brought to boil and then simmered for about 10mins, poured in microwaved peas and cornstarch with water and cooked for a further minute until thick and creamy textured. Served with mash potato and broccoli

    Amazing. I added celery and peas. i dont have a slow cooker so i just cooked it in the pan on lowz turned out great.

    Very basic but tasty dish. The family loved it and it took no time at all. I chose to cook it in the frying pan and it took all of about 25 mins.
