This was a great recipe. Definitely adding into our meal rotation. I used kosher fake crab meat since we don’t eat shellfish.

I simply added fresh parsley and they turned out great!!!! Fresh tartar sauce is also a plus. Baked is better than fried.

Easy to make and super delicious! Family has requested already! No substitutions needed! (Made one batch with the original recipe and one modified - extra egg and one less spoon of mayo; both still yummy but original won!) Did use light mayo instead of regular.
