These are really Great! I made them last night !! Awesome recipe!! They are not the best *ever but they are wonderful! Tastes like Bakery style cookies!! I personally think they are better than your average chocolate chip cookie recipe!! I baked them for 15 minutes!! they are chewy in the middle and crispy on the outside!! They really do have a bakery flavor..

These are wonderful!! I do t know why melting the Baki g soda in hot water changes the texture of the cookie, but these are WONDERFUL
