    Only had 3 cups of cooked chicken from ground chicken and 3/4 cup of mayo but still came out great

    Absolutely my favorite chicken salad! I added 2 hard boiled eggs, used only 3/4 c Miracle Whip, then 1/4 sour cream. Substituted dill pickle juice for the lemon juice and I excluded the almonds. Added (My secret ingredient :Old Bay Seasoning)
