  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 10 cloves garlic (fresh, about 3 tablespoons full)
  • 3 tablespoons anchovy paste (gf)
  • 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar (gf)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (or gf grain)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 4 slices bread (gluten free dairy free, crusts removed then cut into small cubes, about ½ inc)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning (dried herb blend)
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil (or other high-heat oil)
