Classic Black Beans & Rice



  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 15 1/2 ounces black beans (undrained)
  • 1 teaspoon dri oregano leaves, crush
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 knorr garlic minicub
  • cooked rice (hot)
  • knorr sazon with garlic, onion, annatto and coriand (knorr, with garlic, onion, annatto and coriander)
  • Remove All from Shopping List


    1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-heat and cook onion and green pepper about 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients except Knorr ® Garlic Seasoning MiniCube and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Garlic Cube. Serve over hot cooked rice.
