Description
When you're wanting a crowd-pleasing chili, look no further. This one comes together quickly, and it's made with all the classic spices - plus two kinds of beans, and jalapeño chilies. The chili is great the day it's made, but even better after a day or two in the fridge. At serving time, set out a mini topping bar for diners to customize their bowls. - Chop the onion, carrot, and celery. Set aside.
- Brown the meat in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring frequently to break it up, until no pink remains, about 5 minutes. Turn meat into a colander set over a plate to drain any excess fat.
- Return pot to medium heat and add the oil. When oil is hot, add the onions, carrots, and celery. Cook, stirring often, until vegetables start to soften, about 10 minutes.

We decided as a family that this recipe is a keeper. I used both fresh garlic and garlic powder, and beef boullion instead of chicken, and tossed in some oregano because the hubby loves it on everything. I started it early and let it simmer 2 hours. My mouth is already watering for lunch leftovers tomorrow.

This was simple and delicious. I used a chipotle beef broth instead of chicken broth which added some good flavor.

My family is a filled with critics like no other . With this recipe they totally enjoyed it simple and yummy yummy. They were all pleased .im not the one for being the BEsT cook however with using this Yummly app during this pandemic I can honestly say I have stepped up my game with cooking .

So easy and tasted amazing. We used ground turkey and I think this is the best chili recipe I’ve cooked in a long time (and we eat a lot of chili!).
