Description

This is a spicy dish with a lot of flavor. Made with finely chopped garlic, onion, and cayenne pepper, this creamy dish will make a beautiful fall dinner. The parsley adds a color to the dish while the clams add texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 cayenne pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 250 grams clams
  • salt
  • fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

  1. 1Saute the finely chopped garlic, onion, and cayenne pepper over low heat.
  2. 2Add the flour and paprika and stir for about a minute. Add the tomato and continue cooking. Then add the white wine and cook for 5 more minutes, add salt as needed.
  3. 3Add the clams and cover the saucepan until they open.
  4. 4Plate and sprinkle parsley on top.
