  • 4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 cup green onion (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add pork chops and brown over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on one side; turn chops and add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time. Serve immediately.
