  • 1 1/2 pounds flounder (or stripped bass filets cut to 2″ x 2″ pieces)
  • 8 jumbo shrimp (large peeled and cleaned, or do 12-14 medium size shrimp)

  • 18 mussels (scrubbed and cleaned)
  • 1/4 pound crab meat (lump, preferably dungeoness)
