- 1 banana (large ripe, thinly sliced)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons flaked coconut (toasted, optional)
- 2 tablespoons country crock spread
- Evenly spread bread with Skippy® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread with Honey. Top 2 slices bread with banana, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Evenly top with coconut, then remaining bread. Spread outside of sandwiches with Spread.
- Cook sandwiches in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until golden brown.
