These easy spice baked apples taste just like apple pie filling.

- nonstick cooking spray
- 4 Granny Smith apples (large)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 lemon

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Peel and core the apples. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick pieces, and place them in a large mixing bowl.

This is delicious! I used big red apples, not Granny Smiths, but it didn't matter. Super yummy!
