    These were so GOOD! They just came out of the oven about half an hour ago, and I just tried them a minute ago, but oh my goodness! (I made them with the coconut oil, by the way, and half the honey was orange blossom honey because I ran out of the ordinary honey.) Why get Cinnabon when I can make these and eat them guilt-free! Only next time, I will make them in a nonstick cupcake mold because they make a bit of a mess with the cupcake papers, but other than that, incredible!

    These turned out soooooo good. I made them with swerve confectioners sugar instead of honey in the cupcake batter. I used 2/3 cup swerve and added a little bit more coconut flour (about a tablespoon extra). Love them with a hot cup of green tea 😍
    Absolutely lovely. Easy to make, simply delicious. Will make it again and a again. I used half ghee, half coconut oil.
