  • 1 cup soy milk (or any non dairy milk)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Orange (or lemon zest, optional, but I think it makes the apple flavor pop)
