I'm noticing that many people are having a hard time viewing the instructions, as did I. Download the Yummly app when given the chance. I was able to get right in after doing that. Looking forward to trying these.

I tried this with 1/4 slices so that requires more time obviously plus that may make them more chewier than people that are going for chips. I did like the taste though and adding any sugar or honey may be optional depending on the apples that you use. as fur myself I'll probably stick with the 1/4 slices as I do like the texture and it just takes more oven space to make actual 'chips' that won't be gone in a few minutes (or maybe that's just me) but to each their own. I hope that helps.

I couldn't stop eating these there was none left over for the next day! I didn't use any sugar and they turned out delicious!

I liked this recipe but, if you bake at 200f for 3 hours it's just a bit too much, I would say 200f for 2 1/2 hours. I chose to use Honeycrisp apples, and Korintje cinnamon (which has a bit of a spicy sweetness), so in working with a very sweet apple to begin with I eliminated the added sugar in the recipe, and it turned out nicely. Definitely recommend!

I make these quite often, but am not into sweets therefor I don't use sugar only cinnamon. I use up apples that are left at the end of the week. Sometimes I have some and sometimes I don't.
