Great recipe! The dough came out a little wetter than I'm used to but they turned out wonderfully in the end. I did tweak it just a bit though. I replaced the milk with light unsweetened vanilla almond milk and then instead of a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract I put 1/4 tsp. of almond extract and 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract. Also I made a maple glaze and put toasted sliced almonds on the top. Mine came out tasting kind of like small spice cakes.
