Ingredients

1 eggs
150 grams sugar
120 grams butter
2 tablespoons honey
lemon zest
1 teaspoon cinnamon
225 grams flour

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Whisk the egg with the sugar, butter, and honey.
3Add the lemon zest and cinnamon and mix well, slowly and gradually add the flour until you have a moldable dough.
4Set aside for a few minutes.
5Then put the dough in the cookie press, and press out the biscuits onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, or a silicone mat. Bake for about 10 minutes.
