  • 150 grams sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Whisk the egg with the sugar, butter, and honey.
  3. Add the lemon zest and cinnamon and mix well, slowly and gradually add the flour until you have a moldable dough.
  4. Set aside for a few minutes.

These 5 star honey biscuits are loaded with syrupy, sticky, and melting honey. The biscuits are ultra flakey and will go great with my future dishes.
