    This is so easy and we love the Cilantro Lime Rice. We have it with fish tacos all the time. We like the a little more garlicky so we double the garlic.

    Very tasty! Store did not have fresh cilantro, so I just used a cilantro paste. Worked really well, because I did not have to use a blender. Quick and easy. Will make again.
