Excellent recipe. I added canned white beans to the skillet with the shrimp and made shrimp tacos. Very tasty! Next time, I will serve it over rice and beans bowl with avocado.

Simply wonderful. The flavors blended well, very flavorful. The shrimp was cooked within 4 minutes. I served with a puréed vegetable soup. Nice summer meal.

It was delicious! I will totally make this again... I made a smaller portion, I bought a 16 oz bag of shrimp I used half a cup of cilantro and one large lemon for the zest I just sprinkled a little bit salt and pepper and used half of a lemon for juice. I did not use any cooking oil just olive oil and it did the job well... It’s perfect over rice or a side of veggies.
