It turned out great! I used a whole lime instead of just 3tbs and it added more flavor along with a little more cilantro.

These are amazing!! This is one of my familys favorite dishes. It leaves you completely satisfied. Its full of flavor and doesn't take long to make. I absolutely love these. These turned out so much better than I thought they would the first time I made them. It's so wonderful to find a dish that the whole family loves.

This is the best vegan taco recipe I've ever made. I stuck pretty closely to the recipe but I used a fresh jalepeno in place of the green chiles, used fresh corn (not canned), and some homemade hummus I had prepared earlier in the week for snacks. It was the perfect light and refreshing lunch and quick to make, too!

These tacos were delicious! I instead had added 2 cans of low sodium beans, and 7 ounces of green chilies, draining only half of the liquid from the can. Would definitely make again!
