    After reading some reviews, I decided to cover my chicken with aluminum foil and baked for 30 min at 375 degrees. Then I “roasted” or “broiled” it for another ten. Cooked perfectly and fast. Now for marinade. Chicken tasted like lime and cilantro no doubt, but it was missing salt for my taste. The center of the chicken was bland though. I will be cutting it into smaller pieces next time. I wish I would have added more condiments for more taste too. Also, I will be marinading longer. Over all, my kids loved it so I will make again with some tweaks.

    Super moist and flavorful! We cooked it on the bbq. I did make some changes based on other reviews and what ingredients I had. Used chicken breast, Substituted taco seasoning for the chili powder and cumin, then also added a little soy sauce instead of salt, and added a spoonful of honey and some garlic. Will definitely make again

    I think it needs more cumin and cayenne. plus, twenty minutes was not enough bake time

    Turned out amazing, used only 3 chicken breast though and it was in the fridge in a ziplock for more than 5 min. Finished on grill. The whole family loved it and it’s been added to our favorite food section!

    So moist and amazin how the lime flavor really came through even though it only marinated for 5 minutes in the fridge! Will definitely make again!

    The chicjen was delicious!! I loved the idea of putting a bit of cayenne and cumin as well. It really enhaced all the flavors. The only thjng is i had to bake it for probably 35 minutes instead of the 20 it states. Will definitely be doing thus again!

    Huge fan, I cut my breasts in half and bake on 350 for 20 minutes because it seemed to be a bit dry and overcooked at 375! Really tasty and fast recipe, rare to find those together :)

    Pretty disappointed after taking way longer than 20 min to bake. It was not terrible but was not worth the time. Served it with avocados and cherry tomatoes and rice with extra cilantro.

    Very simple, super quick! I used boneless thighs and increased marinade time to 25 minutes only because I got busy. This tasted great and even better as leftovers. I can hardly wait to try this with boneless skinless breast.
