Great taste, wife loved it. I left it in the marinade for about 10 min and then poored some of it over the chicken while baking. i melted some shredded mexican cheese on it and added some tortilla strips. served with mash potatoes with cheese and sour cream.

Very bland. It was such a small hint of flavor you might as well not marinade it.

Perfect hint of lime and cilantro.

Turned out great! The chicken was juicy and flavorful. Made a spinach salad and roasted sweet peppers to go with it. 👌

Great recipe. Left the chicken in the marinade in the fridge for 10 minutes and also left the marinade on the chicken while it was baking. Had to cook 40 minutes, rather than 20 minutes. Overall, pretty good. Kind of dry, so may just cook it in the marinade next time.

Yumm!!! Added an ounce of tequila and was really good. Think the meat would also be delicious shredded and in tacos.

Would make again. Chicken breasts were too think so I think it didn’t have as much flavor but it was still delicious

Flavourful & healthy, but make sure the chicken breasts aren’t too thick, so that it cooks all the way through without burning the outer layer.

Super Yum! I used a little over a lb of chicken tenders instead of the breasts and grilled them so the cook time was cut in half and the flavor was max. So so good!
