Chicken was very flavorful. I allowed it to marinate overnight. I served it on a bed of spinach with diced up red onion and tomato to add color.

Lots of fun to make, simple, and pretty good! Not as flavorful as I thought it would be, but paired with sour cream and guacamole, delicious! Next time, I think I’ll try leaving it in the marinade a little bit longer. Not bad for a zesty dish on a cold night!

This was a bit too limey for my taste. Might work better with very large breasts. These were quite small.

Really good! Would have been really tasty in chicken tacos or fajitas! We also added a little sour cream for a finishing touch.

It was delicious but baking the chicken takes like 45 minutes but it was still delicous and definitely recommend it

I only had 1 lime left, so I used 2 tangerines in its place. Also didn’t have chicken breast so I used skinless chicken thighs. My daughter loved it. We packed the left over for her school lunch the next day.

Juicy, light, and flavorful I'd recommend marinating the chicken in a salt water brine for 30 minutes before the Cilantro Lime!
