It turned out ok. I followed the instructions, but marinade is VERY lite...not much flavor. I had to use concentrated lime juice. Maybe that accounts for lack of favor. I'll try again using REAL limes.

absolutely delicious. i used 50/50 breast and thighs. i seared the meat amd finished it off in the oven. it was so juicy and flavorful.
