  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 50 cocoa
  • 110 grams butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 60 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 100 grams chocolate
  • 60 cocoa


  1. Preheat oven to 410F.
  2. Finely chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler with the butter.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and whisk everything until pale and fluffy.
  5. Add the chocolate and butter mixture, continue whisking.
  6. Sift the flour and the cocoa powder over this mixture.
  7. Mix until smooth.
  8. Fill the muffin tins with the batter.
  9. Bake for 12 minutes.
  10. When the muffins are done, let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. To finish, simply melt the remaining chocolate in a double boiler and then either dip the top of the muffin in it or drizzle over the top.
