Description
This festive, delightfully retro holiday bread starts with store-bought pizza dough, which means you can have all the fun of shaping it with very little hands-on time. Serve the stuffed pizza as a holiday party appetizer, or make a main dish out of it with a big green salad. The bread reheats beautifully if you want to make it a day ahead. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Tracey Seaman.

Directions
- Sprinkle the cheese on a large cutting board or kitchen counter. Place the dough on top of cheese and knead a few times to warm dough and incorporate the cheese. Let dough rest for about 10 minutes.
- Partially cook the pancetta in a small frying pan over medium heat, stirring and turning occasionally, until lightly golden, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and let cool.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.

This was a very easy and simple recipe and it turned out terrific! I bought 3 times the amount; so, I could make a trial one, one for my mom's Christmas party and one for my in-law's Christmas party. I think it will be a hit. I will definitely be using rosemary as one of the herbs, but could substitute a different one for the second herb (only if not available). Merry Christmas!

I'm making it for the third time tonight. It has been a hit with everyone. I left out the pancetta because I didn't have any, but it still turned out delicious.

Perfect - did it with Pillsbury Thin Crust and cooked for 16 min. It was a success!

Turned out close to the picture. I would make this again. I experimented. I made mine with one side sun-dried tomato pesto and the other basil pesto. I also added more meat.

My dough kept shrinking and I don't think my triangles ended up being as big as they were supposed to be so I had a hard time twisting the strips to make it look like a tree. It was, however, a huge hit and delicious!

Soooooooo good!!!! I used red sauce and pepperoni instead, then I topped the final creation with pepperoni ornaments ;-) and more parmesan and mozzarella cheese. I may have baked it a little longer than most people but I like my pizza well done. Less risk of a doughy middle. It was also really cool to see how it puffed up in the middle during baking.

This turned out really cute and the kids loved that it was a Christmas Tree. Really easy for the “wow” it had. I will make it again this weekend for my daughter and her friends!
