Ingredients

3 cups lettuce
1 carrots
1/2 tomatoes
1/2 cup onions
1/2 green bell pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt and ground black pepper
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
