It turned out a bit runny the 1st time so I added a bit of coconut flour this time to my liking. Amazing recipe to get my toddler to eat prunes ;)

These were delicious! Instead of coconut sugar I used raw shredded coconut that I processed in a blender to powdered form. I only had and used 1/2 the measurement of Chocolate Raspberry Stevia and also half of the vanilla because I ran out. I would use the whole tablespoon next time. I also added 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, applesauce instead of juice, and semi-sweet chocolate chips and it was the perfect sweetness, not overly sweet! Now if I can keep them at a distance and only eat one a day, it will be great! Makes 36 1" squares, 48 calories each.

Wow! I already had a love affair with prunes, but my boyfriend doesn't share it, so I had to sneak them into a baked good. These are delicious! Mine turned out super moist, a little cakey, but also quite fudgey. They're pretty rich, so a little goes a long way, but I could easily eat the whole pan. I subbed in unsweetened apple sauce instead of the apple juice, and maple syrup instead of the stevia, both with the same measurements as the recipe. They don't taste exactly like brownies, but they aren't overly pruney. Great recipe!
