Description

Take a break from the norm with these grownup Popsicles made with milk chocolate, coconut flakes and raisin or muscatel wine. An added boon: since they're made with yogurt and feature no added sugar, they're fairly virtuous. If you prefer dark chocolate, feel free to swap it out in equal measure. You'll need ice-pop molds and 24 hours of advance freezing time to make them, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Ingredients

4 milk chocolate (squares)
plain yogurt
1 teaspoon coconut flakes
wine (raisin, or muscatel)

Directions

1Place an ice pop mold in a freezer for 24 hours.
2Insert the sticks.
3Melt the chocolate in a microwave.
4Leave to cool and mix with the yogurt and coconut.
5Add a little raisin wine or muscatel for flavoring.
6Fill the ice pop molds with the mixture and leave to set for up to 15 minutes.
7Remove from the molds and sprinkle with a little tepid water and cover with coconut.
