Brownies are baked with love. They are rich and creamy, and they bring smiles to all who have the pleasure of eating them. These Chocolate and Almond Brownies take an hour to make and will bring everyone running to fight over the corners. Ingredients include eggs, dark baking chocolate, butter, brown sugar, wheat flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, banana yogurt, sliced almonds, and powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 120 grams baking chocolate (dark)
  • 50 grams butter
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 60 grams wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 yogurt (banana)
  • 50 grams almond flakes
  • powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  2. Break the chocolate into squares in bowl, add butter, and melt in the microwave for 1 minute at full power.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the sugar with flour and baking powder.
  4. Then, add eggs, vanilla extract, and stir well.
  5. Add the melted chocolate, yogurt, and mix everything.
  6. Finish by adding the flaked almonds, mixing them in gently.
  7. Pour the batter into a rectangular tray, previously buttered and lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes.
  9. Let cool, turn out, cut in squares.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

This is a great brownie recipe. The almonds give it such a nice flavor and texture. Mine took a few more minutes to cook, maybe an extra 5-7 minutes.
