  • 7 Tbsp. cocoa (bittersweet)
  • 7 Tbsp. sugar
  • 7 Tbsp. flour

    Directions

    1. Heat the milk in a saucepan, do not boil.
    2. In another saucepan, combine the bittersweet cocoa, the sugar, and the flour.
