  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup tapioca starch (flour)
  • 1/8 cup sorghum flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (aluminum free)
