  • 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate (chopped)
  • 7 ounces milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 7 ounces white chocolate (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup boiling water (divided)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream (divided)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 3 eggs

Directions

  1. Place chopped bittersweet chocolate in blender. Add 1/4 cup boiling water and process 30 seconds on speed 2 (chop).
  2. Add 1/4 cup heavy cream, vanilla, espresso powder, and 1 egg. Process 15 seconds on speed 3 (mix). Divide between 4 small bowls. Chill 1 hour.
  3. Place chopped milk chocolate in blender. Add 1/4 cup boiling water and process 30 seconds on speed 2 (chop).
  4. Add 1/4 cup heavy cream, vanilla and 1 egg. Process 15 seconds on speed 3 (mix). Pour onto bittersweet layer. Chill 1 hour.
  5. Place chopped white chocolate in blender. Add 1/4 cup boiling water and process 30 seconds on speed 2 (chop).
  6. Add 1/4 cup heavy cream, vanilla and 1 egg. Process 15 seconds on speed 3 (mix). Pour onto milk chocolate layer. Chill 1 hour before serving.
