- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1 Tbsp. white chocolate chips (mini)

Directions
- Remove the pits from the dates, as needed.
- Add the oats, chocolate chips, almond butter, peppermint extract, and dates to the food processor.
- Secure the lid of the food processor, and blend the ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

These are AMAZING! You'll love them if you love After 8 candies, and with less guilt because of the oats and dates ;) Though the spiders are super cute, they're a bit fiddly to construct (especially at the rate I got through them) so next time I'll probably just make a long roll and cut it into discs, with a crushed pretzel coating. Thanks for this, I honestly couldn't stop eating them!
