  • chocolate sauce (Store-bought)
  • 3 tablespoons vodka
  • 3 tablespoons crème de cacao
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon baileys irish cream
  • 2 teaspoons raspberry liqueur

Directions

  1. Pipe a 4 1/2-inch circle of chocolate sauce onto a flat plate. Quickly twist the rim of a 2/3-cup cocktail glass in the chocolate. Place the glass upright in the freezer to set.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the vodka, crème de cacao and 1/2 cup of the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into the glass.
  3. Combine the remaining 1/2 cup ice cubes, Baileys and raspberry liqueur in the shaker. Shake vigorously, then pour carefully over the back of a spoon into the glass so the mixture floats on top. Do not stir. Garnish with small chocolate slivers and a fresh raspberry, if desired.
