The perfect union of chocolate and raspberry, this scrumptious dessert will quickly become a favorite. Loaded with healthy dark chocolate and raspberries, these cakes are loaded with antioxidants. The velvety softness will bring a pleasant sensation. Preparation does require the use of a double-broiler and the patience to melt chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 200 grams butter
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • raspberries
  • 1/2 lemon
  • sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
  2. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a double boiler. Add the sugar, remove from heat, and add the eggs one by one, without mixing. Add the flour and mix well to incorporate.
  3. Pour the batter into greased and floured ramekins and bake for 16 minutes.
  4. Prepare the sauce by cooking the raspberries for a few moments with a few tablespoons of sugar and the lemon juice. Strain.
