Description

Love nutella? These four ingredient cookies are ready in a flash. Prep is made easy with a microwave and they only need to bake for 15 minutes. Ready in 30 minutes, you can make these nutty, chocolatey cookies for a special occasion or just because.

Ingredients

  • 85 grams butter (or margarine)
  • 175 grams chocolate (with hazelnuts cream, Nutella type)
  • 175 grams rolled oats
  • 75 grams chopped hazelnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Soften the butter in the microwave. Then add the chocolate cream and mix well, until everything is well blended.
  3. Add the oats and chopped hazelnuts. Mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Use a spoon to place dough biscuits directly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  6. When the cookies come out of the oven they still have a soft consistency.
  7. Cool down for 10 minutes on the baking tray, then place them in a net to cool down completely before storing.
