  • 9 inches pie crust (your favorite brand)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla (good)
  • 3/4 cup milk (or Cream)
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    2. I used a prepared Pillsbury Pie Crust (the kind you unroll out of a box) and layed it into a 9 inch glass pie plate--no need to blind bake.
