  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (or roughly chop the large ones)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (roughly)
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries (roughly chopped)
  • 1/3 cup ginger (chopped dried, it's up to you whether to use crystalized/sugared or uncrystalized)
