I use to only make banana muffins but now I am stuck on these cookies. They are super moist and great.

Yummy for sure...texture a mix between a soft cookie and banana bread. I agree, good way to use up old bananas...I freeze them in the skins, then thaw out to use ( sliding the gooey banana out of the black skin is a bit yucky but freezing seems to concentrate the sugars in the banana, making for an even more delicious result)

Just made these cookies and they are yummy!! They taste cakey/bready without being overpowering in a cookie. Good way to use up some of my old bananas - will definitely make again!
